What influences your values about issues relating to your life?
Some of the influences of my values of life are my :
-
My family
-
My Religion
-
Peers at school
-
Teachers
-
Do you ever compare images/values presented by the media to those of the bible? If so why? If not why not? No i do not ever compare issues presented by the media to those of the bible because i beleive that the media can make us do things in which the bible taught us was wrong. Also i do not think the bible should be used to compare our time with theirs, it should be used for the teaching of christ.
-
Has this project challenged you to examine your values? Why / Why not?
I think this project has not challenged me to look at my values becuase were to busy doing other things like watching media watch and were busy with other subjects.

- How do you feel the media portrays social justice issues? I think the media potrays some of the many social justice issues by putting them on commercials. For instance if a very popular show is on (neighbours, deal or no deal etc.) they will usually play an add on poverty and sponcering a child or others such as : human rights, violence against women etc.
- Has it been difficult to find articles on social justice issues why/why not? No it has not been difficult finding a social justice issue because there are alot out there. Eg : Violence against women, Human rites, Racism, Poverty etc.
- Do you think that the media operates from a moral framework? Give evidence by using your research.
I think that the media does not operate from a moral framework because all they work for is the money by this i mean the media isnt always rite and they sometimes give wrong information which means they are not morally thinking if this will affect society or not. An example of this is http://www.aim.org/

The Australian sais that ” THE International Rugby Board has refused to become involved in the Sonny Bill Williams saga, but it could still prove pivotal as the NRL attempts to stop more players following the runaway Bulldogs star to France. ”
3. Where did you get this media account from?
The Australian.
4. Is this media account correct or reliable? Why?
